About Me
Here’s a bit more about what it’s like working with me in therapy:
My clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic. Therapy is a space for you to talk about your feelings without any judgement. I will never force you to talk about something you don’t want to talk about. Together we will gently bump up against those feelings of sadness so that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Even though what we talk about is important, I believe it’s our genuine connection that will allow you to create true and lasting change.
